We have been informed that a part-time member of our staff has tested positive for COVID-19. The employee showed no physical signs or symptoms while at our clinic and was tested immediately once symptoms were apparent. We were notified as soon as the employee received the positive result and began physician-recommended quarantine.
We remain committed to ensuring that employees and clients are safe in our hospital and will continue to do everything above and beyond what is recommended by the CDC and OSHA to mitigate risk. This includes thorough cleaning and sterilization procedures with the highest-grade disinfectants for all surfaces and in exam rooms between every patient and wearing protective gear. At this time, we are offering curbside drop-off care only until further notice.
The procedure is as follows:
- Call our front desk when you arrive for your appointment.
- A staff member will come to your vehicle, retrieve your pet, and take him or her inside the hospital.
- Once the exam is performed, we’ll call you to discuss findings and treatment options. Approval of services and payments can all be handled directly over the phone.
